We are excited to have launched our new Parent's Evening online booking system called ‘School Cloud’. This easy-to-use online appointment booking system enables you to select and schedule your preferred Parent’s Evening appointment times with your child’s teacher. Appointments are allocated in 5-minute interval slots for the duration of each Parent’s Evening.

Each Parent/Carer has been given a letter with information on how to access the booking system, including a Parent Login Code.

Once a booking has been made, you will then receive an email confirming your appointment date and time. In addition, you are also able to independently change and select an alternative appointment, if and when required.

As per our routine Parent’s Evening schedule, appointments are limited to one appointment slot per child.

The step-by-step guide provides the information to access the booking site, as well as outlining the easy steps required to secure an appointment. In order to securely log in, you will need to enter your unique parent log-in code, together with your child's date of birth and the email address that you have provided to school.
