Hello, my name is Carol Whyle and I am a Staff Governor.

My association with Temple Meadow began in 1997 when my son started nursery. By the time my daughter started nursery three years later I had become a parent governor and my governance journey had begun. At that time I was working for Lloyds Bank and I had worked at a variety of local branches including Old Hill. Being part of the governing body gave me opportunities to experience school life and I decided to retrain. I began working at Temple Meadow in 2002. During the intervening years I have been a parent, staff and co-opted governor.

As I live locally to the school I have a very good knowledge of the area and I understand and appreciate the challenges that exist within our community. I hope that with my roles, both in school and on the governing body, I can help every child (and their families) flourish and succeed.
