Tasks to support home learning
We are still working towards the end of KS2 age-related expectations. It is important that momentum is sustained in working towards these standards, so tasks will be added to this page regularly to provide children with a range of challenges.
Good morning year 6,
How are you all? We hope you're all ok still and working hard (but still finding time to have some fun at home too!) Please keep remembering to keep you minds healthy too. Do you remember our learn for life lessons when we created our stress buckets? It's really important to keep your minds healthy. Just like when we thought about what could be our 'holes' in our buckets to get rid of worries, it's important to do things each day that make you happy. This could be going in the garden for fresh air, playing with a pet, talking to a friend or reading a good book.
We really are enjoying seeing all of the work that you are sending us. Please continue to send your work to email@example.com so we can see how hard you are all working. Don't forget that if you've been doing any other home learning such as cooking, reading or just getting creative in any other ways, then please send us photographs too!
We would love to celebrate your hard work, so we will be creating a showcase area on this webpage to share some of your excellent outcomes. Keep up the hard work!
In addition to the tasks on the website, please remember to continue working through your KS2 revision books.
From all of the Year 6 team
