Our learning in Maths will be focused on addition and revising our times table knowledge. Please practise adding a range of numbers using the column method.

Our learning in English will continue to focus on writing persuasive letters to encourage our local mp to prevent littering in the local area. This week, please practise writing a persuasive letter for extra play time.

We will begin to learn about Space: the number of planets and their movement in the solar system. Can you find out more about the geocentric and heliocentric theories?

We have been learning about settlements in Geography. Please explore the website above and create an outcome linked to what you have learnt about settlements.

English Text for Autumn Term

This term, we are reading a book called The Jamie Drake Equation by Christopher Edge. It is about a young boy named Jamie Drake whose Dad is an astronaut. Hanging out at his local observatory, Jamie picks up a strange signal on his phone. It looks like alien life is getting closer to home. But space is a dangerous place and when his dad's mission goes wrong, can Jamie prove that he's a hero too?
