Welcome to Year 3!

Teacher's message

Welcome to our year group webpage! You will find out lots of information about both 3 Strong and 3 Fine classes. We hope you enjoy viewing our webpage and discovering more about what we have been learning about in school.

Please ensure your child has a water bottle in school, as Year 3 involves some thirsty work!

PE days

Children in FINE class need to have a PE kit in school for lessons on Monday and Friday and children in STRONG class need to have a PE kit in school for Thursday and Friday. Girls must have their hair tied up and pupils must remove earrings. 

Reading books

We encourage you to hear your child read every night. Please do ensure you comment and/or sign their reading record. Reading books weekly, providing the reading record has been signed by an adult and all of the book has been read.

Homework

Maths and IL homework will be sent home every Friday. Homework is handed in on a Wednesday.
