What a fantastic week at Temple Meadow! We started by celebrating our Harvest Festival, and I want to sincerely thank you for your generous donations which went to the amazing local charity, the Black Country Food Bank. We understand that times can be challenging, so please encourage anyone you know who is struggling to speak to a member of our pastoral support team, as we can issue food bank vouchers.

We love seeing the Huggle Pets team in school each week, providing wonderful therapeutic support to our children.

This week, we held our Open Event, welcoming around 20 new families to the school; it's always a pleasure to showcase everything we have to offer, the link to book onto our second open event in November is below.
Finally, today we celebrated World Mental Health Day, and it was lovely to deliver our star assembly to a sea of cheerful yellow, supporting charities like Young Minds who help the most vulnerable young people.

Please also remember that Thursday 16th October is our whole school photography day.
We are pleased to share that next week our Early Help Police Officer will be visiting school to deliver a workshop to our Year 5 and Year 6 children. The session will focus on bullying and hate crime - exploring what these are, how to respond appropriately, and how to seek support. We believe this will be an invaluable opportunity for our children to develop a deeper understanding of these important issues.
