We are thrilled to announce that our school has once again achieved the Eco-Schools Green Flag Award for 2025-2026, earning it with Merit! This fantastic accomplishment is the result of a long-term commitment to sustainability, following the Eco-Schools Seven Steps through dedicated pupil-led initiatives, thorough environmental reviews, and a detailed action plan. A huge well done goes out to Mrs Bayley and our entire Temple Meadow community for demonstrating consistent environmental progress and making this Green Flag award possible.

Road Safety

Next week we are excited to be working with Sandwell to deliver road safety education sessions for our Reception–Year 5 children. These sessions will take place in school, and we look forward to sharing some photos with you in next week's Family Connect.

Year 6 will take part in their session later in the year as part of their transition to secondary school.

Christmas 2025

Following the success of our "Meet the Teacher" sessions, where families had the opportunity to work together, we are now busy planning our exciting Winter Workshops! Next week, we will share all of the important dates and details for these festive sessions in the run-up to Christmas.

Reception 2026

We are now looking ahead to our Reception Open Event on Wednesday 8th October, so if you know anyone who is looking for a Reception school place for 2026-27, please do encourage them to sign up and come along. The application window for Reception 2026 places opened on Monday 15th September 2025.
