It has been wonderful to welcome our children back to school and to complete our first full week of the new academic year. The school has been full of energy, enthusiasm and excitement as children have settled quickly into their new classes and routines.
I would like to thank all of our families for their continued support during the start of term. It has been particularly lovely to see so many families attending our Meet the Teacher sessions this week. These meetings provide a valuable opportunity to build strong home-school partnerships and to share important information about your child's learning journey for the year ahead. For those families who have yet to attend, our sessions will continue into next week and we look forward to welcoming you then.

Reception 2027 Admissions
We would like to remind families that the application window for Reception 2027 admissions opens on Monday 14th September.
Applications should be completed online through the Sandwell School Admissions website. Families who live outside of Sandwell should apply through the admissions process for their own local authority, even if they wish to apply for a place at our school.
We encourage families with children due to start Reception in September 2027 to submit their applications before the published deadline to ensure they are considered during the main admissions round.
