Residential day 3

Just when we thought it couldn't get any better...THE SUN CAME OUT!!!

Good evening from a lovely, hot Kingswood. We've had another incredible day, today. After an absolutely immaculate night (due in large part to how tired we all were after yesterday), we ate our usual monster breakfasts and headed out for another full day of activities. Today we did more climbing, abseiling and zipwire, as well as a crate stacking team exercise, which challenged us to climb a huge stack of crates, whilst making it even higher as we went.

After lunch (everyone's favourite - chicken/vegetable nuggets, chips, jacket potatoes, beans, salad bar), we took part in archery, completing some environmental art, made some music, played trampoline basketball, and completed other activities that you can see in our photos.

On tonight's menu was a traditional roast beef dinner, Chinese pork noodles, mushroom vegan pie (they promised us that there were no vegans in it...), and chocolate pudding with custard.

We're currently having a camp fire, playing games, singing songs, and having our hot chocolate. Tomorrow's weather is supposed to be even better, and we can't wait! So many of us got out of our comfort zones today, including the adults! We are all so proud of our achievements so far, and we can't wait to share them with you when we return.

Check back tomorrow for more updates!
